Do I need another Microsoft licence?

No extra Microsoft licence is needed to enrol a PC. Each PC uses its own Windows 11 Pro licence.

You issue a one-time code for the person who uses the PC. On the PC they open the enrolment link in Microsoft Edge, or Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, select Enroll only in device management and type the code when Windows asks for a password. The code works once, within 24 hours.

Can I manage iPhones, iPads and Macs in the same place?

Yes. Your Windows PCs are in the same workspace and Devices list as your iPhones, iPads and Macs, managed by the same administrators.

Can I find or erase a lost PC?

Locate a lost PC on request, on PCs where you have allowed location, and erase it from Devices if you need to. You can require a second administrator to approve each erase.

Enrol a PC with a link and a one-time code

Issue an enrolment code for the person who uses the PC, from Add device in Devices. The code is made for their e-mail address and works once, within 24 hours.

On the PC, they open the enrolment link in Microsoft Edge, or go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and select Enroll only in device management, then type the code when Windows asks for a password. The PC then shows in Devices with your other devices.
